Trying to find a reputable shop to take your car to can be a nightmare; especially if you're a perfectionist when it comes to your car, like me. I heard of JP Euro through word of mouth through the local car/tuning community. Decided to take my car here after a fender bender to not only repair the damages but have an aftermarket bumper installed. JP Euro not only handled everything on the insurance side of things, but they also did a flawless job installing my bumper. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, they discovered a small air bubble had formed in the paint. They could've just given me the car back, but instead took the time to correct the mistake. Honesty and attention to detail like that is hard to find in businesses, and it was greatly appreciated by me. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. These guys are the best!! After an unfortunate accident, they returned my Mercedes to me in perfect condition. They started work immediately, kept me updated ALL along the way, went to bat for me with my insurance to make sure I got OEM parts and returned my car working great. Let me tell you why I absolutely love these guys. Last month, we had some bad rain all over Texas. I was on my way down to Houston from Dallas and I hydroplaned off I-45 in my Audi R8. I was a little disheartened about the whole thing until I took it to JP Euro and Jason & his team took care of the rest. I'm going to post pictures along with this post.
Jason put me in one of his rentals. Throughout the duration of them fixing my car, Jason made SURE to inform me in real-time of everything that was going on with my car. I felt reassured that my supercar was in the right hands. Upon getting my car back, Jason volunteered to ride with me to make sure that all of the mechanics worked properly and it did! Jason will always have my business as long as he keeps up the phenomenal job.
